Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese

Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese

Probably the most known pasta dish. Quorn instead of meat mince and that’s it!


Ingredients

  • 300 gr of Quorn Mince
  • 1 red Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tin of Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 gr Spaghetti
  • Chives

Boil a pot of water seasoned with coarse salt. Cook the spaghetti for 10 to 13 minutes. Remove from the water, rinse with cold water and reserve. Chop the onion and garlic. In a frying pan warm the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic and bay leaf. Stir until the onions turn golden. Add the quorn and stir for a few minutes. Add the white wine and tinned tomatoes. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper. Stir and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve on top of the spaghetti.

Salmon Spaghetti

Salmon Spaghetti

Smooth creamy sauce and al-dente spaghetti makes this a delight for most most pasta lovers.


Ingredients

  • 200 gr of Spaghetti
  • 100 gr roasted Salmon
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp black Pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 pinch of Salt

Boil a pot of water seasoned with coarse salt. Cook the spaghetti for 10 to 13 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and rinse with cold water. Chop the garlic and in a shallow pan heat up the olive oil. Place the garlic and bay leaf on the hot oil and fry until golden. Add the salmon and stir for a few seconds. Stir until its all nicely mixed. Turn off the heat and season with the chilli and pepper. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve immediately.
